Responsibilities:

1. Rocket booster conveying assembly design, modeling and drawing. It mainly includes pipeline layout, pipeline fixing, pipeline sealing design, pipeline modeling, compensation components and other design work;

2. Strength analysis of pipeline and accessories of rocket booster conveying system. Including typical pipelines, supports, bellows compensators, etc;

3. Responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical interfaces between the components of the liquid rocket pressurized conveying system, between the pressurized conveying system and the electrical system, and between the structural system;

4. Pressurized conveying system and production follow-up test. With the production of single machine product test, rocket assembly general test, rocket large-scale test and launch mission;

5. Responsible for the preparation of pressurized conveying assembly related design documents.

 

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in aerospace propulsion theory and engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics, fluid mechanical engineering, aircraft power, aircraft design, mechanical design, mechanics and other related majors;

2. Familiar with 3D design and finite element analysis software;

3. Familiar with pipeline modeling and strength check calculation.
